While all the Xbox 360 Oblivion citizens are up in arms this week about the $2.50 pimp-ride Horse Armor, PC Oblivion gamers have discovered a trick that allows Oblivion citizens to go in the buff. While a user was working on a mod for the PC version of Oblivion, they discovered that programmers at Bethesda had already created an Oblivion nude. Lets see if there is a "Oblivion Hot Coffee" backlash from the ESRB, as what happened with GTA: San Andreas. Read more here.

Sony is touting that its PlayStation Network will offer free multiplayer for all PS3 users. The Xbox Live service currently requires a $50 yearly membership to play multiplayer games 24/7.
"Sony is playing catch-up in online," said P.J. McNealy, an analyst at American Technology Research. "Microsoft is a couple of steps ahead, so Sony has to take these steps." Video, music, game demos (game demos on Xbox Live are free, so this may change) and playing MMORPGs online will come at a cost. Wireless connectivity to the PS3 via the Sony PSP will allow movie playback, possibly using a similar method to Sony's LocationFree Player. A Tivo-like functionality will be on the PS3 to allow recording of shows.

Bethesda has just launched an online Oblivion Download Store. Besides the Horse Armor Pack, which was released on Xbox Live's Marketplace yesterday, the PC store lists an "Orrery" and "Wizard's Tower" as "Coming Soon". Maybe these also hint at a future Xbox 360 version of the "Orrery" and "Wizard's Tower"? All packs sell for $1.99. "Orrery"

Point Blank, dubbed "right-brain shooting," is coming to the Nintendo DS. "Right Brain Expert: Gunbullet-Trainer" will be released in Japan May 2006. If it makes it to the US, it will most likely fall under the western name, "Point Blank", instead of "Gunbullet". Play 2-player co-op with one cart and two DSes. Just make sure you get a screen protector so you don't poke your DS to death! Check out some screens (and read the Japanese) here.
