The Kojima Chicks are packing some heat in Metal Gear Ac!d 2's Solid Eye Theatre. The Sony PSP game uses the previously reported Solid Eye attachment to view game play and cutscreen footage in 3d. As a bonus, there is a "Solid Eye Theatre" that lets you view various movies that are unlocked when you find certain cards. Some bonus footage shows Japanese women oogling guns, posing in camo coochie cutters and pointing at you in 3d (whom we are now calling the "Kojima Chicks", named after Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima). See pics of The Kojima Chicks here and a little "simulated" 3d graphic that shows how the Solid Eye works. Try doing this with your PSP Solid Eye in public and besides look like a perv in a peep show, you're sure to get curious bystanders.

It was a nice run, and a great gaming beginning for Sony and gamers. With PS3 production set to go full force this year, the Sony PS One's production run has ended. RIP Ps1. We're ready to devor your grandchild!

Xbox.com Community Editor TriXie slips in and scopes out Sony's GDC party to find the dome white tents from Xbox's Zero Hour ("sloppy seconds") and some bad leftover "donkey vodka" that Sony had last year's E3. Topping it off, TriXie couldn't get any sleep because "Some as*hole from Atari drunk text messaged me at 3:30am".
Read more from TriXie's blog and check out the pics here.

The Nintendo Revolution's size may not have been apparent to us all, as this page in Revolution Report demonstrates. Pictures were taken at GDC 2006 of the Revolution on display to give you an idea of its size, in comparison to a Nintendo DS. Read more from Revolution Report here. (PS: The "Revolution" may be renamed today, we'll keep you posted!)

Metal Gear Ac!d 2 (PSP) was released during this busy gaming week. With all the new releases and news this week, this is a game not to be missed in the shuffle. The sequel to last year's PSP card-deck game, Metal Gear Ac!d, MGA2 gets you into the game easier than before with a tutorial on the get-go. There's a new colorful graphic style, connectivity to the PS2 via "Metal Gear: Subsistence" and the game uses a new 3d technique, "Solid Eye", to bring the game to a new dimension. The included "Solid Eye" cardboard (sturdy and coated) folds up and slips over the PSP to bring some amazing 3d visualizations in-game and in cutscene movies. The Solid Eye Theatre will show killer 3d movies, which are unlocked by finding various cards. Movies shown include cutscenes from Metal Gear: Snake Eater and videos from various Japanese women playing with guns and posing! If you couldn't get into the first Ac!d, give this one a hit because its one slick innovative gaming experience. See more pics here.
