Check your local Toys R Us ASAP for dramatic reductions on Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube games! Just yesterday, local Toys R Us shops reduced new, sealed games such as Mercenaries, Doom 3, Killer 7, Geist, Area 51, Bloodrayne 2, Metroid Prime Echoes, Ghosthunter and many, many more to only $10. The online store, through amazon.com, does not have as much stock and variety as the stores are showing (although Metal Gear 3 is $10 online). Guess the next generation of gaming is here so its time to clean stock of last gen!

Check out this Gameboy, the first generation kind, that not only has survived the time, but a bombing in the Gulf War! This Gameboy's shell was mostly damaged (and a horizontal pixel row across the screen) when a troop's barrack's was bombed. I took this shot while at the Nintendo World in New York City this past December. Don't forget to stop by there (2nd floor!) when you are in the area for some cool Nintendo showcase pieces!

A demo for EA's upcoming Xbox 360 game, Fight Night Round 3, just went up on the Xbox Live Marketplace Wednesday evening. The graphics are amazing-- sharp, injuries appear as you are playing and great slow-mo closeups. EA did away with any on screen score meters/health gauges to make the experience even more realistic. Its an early demo as it is scheduled for a Winter 2006 release. Check it out!
