Sony is offering a new bundle for its PlayStation Portable (PSP) starting today, 9/13/06. The Entertainment Pack, reported on earlier, offers ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin’ Trails, the UMD movie Lords of Dogtown and a 1GB Memory Stick Pro Duo (much larger than the initial 32 meg one that was previously included). The higher capacity card included may be to get you prepped for the upcoming release of downloadble PSone titles for the PSP. That's a good deal, considering the original launch PSP was $250. The PSP has had several great titles recently released on its platform such as Lego Star Wars II, Tekken Dark Resurrection, Ultimate Ghosts 'N Goblins, Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth and Loco Roco. I'm personally hooked to the PSP, even with classics such as Wipeout Pure and Lumines. So give this portable console a try before discounting it. All is not grim for Sony. Let's just hope they consider a move to drop the price of its UMD movies, as it did pretty well in Japan for Warner Home Video. Read more on the Entertainment Pack from Next-Gen here.
