Bethesda Softworks, developers of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, has released updated information on the upcoming expansion pack for PC and Xbox 360, as well as the status of Oblivion on the PS3.
Knights of the Nine, the new faction questline in Oblivion, will be released for the PC and Xbox 360 on November 21, 2006. On that date, Xbox 360 Oblivion players will be able to download the expansion for 800 Microsoft Points ($10). The PC release will be available at retailers on November 21 for $19.99. The PC release will include all downloadable content released to date (read about them here, a total $13.53 value on those alone) and the Knights of the Nine questline. A PC download of the Knights of the Nine will be available on 12/4/06 for $10. On the PS3 side, Oblivion has been pushed back to a Quarter 1 2007 release date. Oblivion was anticipated as a launch title (November 17, 2006) on the PS3, as reported earlier. The PS3 release will include Knights of the Nine as well.
