- 3-Speed Fast Forward and Fast Reverse has been added as a feature under MUSIC
- Camera has been added as a feature under PHOTO
- UMD Auto-Start has been added as a feature in System Settings under SETTINGS

Performing a System Update from your PSP will download the 3.0 update. Sony's PSP Software Update page (here) did not have the latest update listed at the time of this writing, but check back soon for the update. Read more on some of the highlights of the the update from PspFanboy.com.
