A new Wii Channel debuts this week. The Wii Forecast Channel will be available in two days, on Wednesday December 20th. Check the weather around the world via your internet connected Wii.
The other channel that's been curiously idle on your Wii Menu, the News Channel, won't be debuting until January 27, 2007.
