Wii Sports Experiment: Six Week Game Plan To Weight/Fat Loss PDF Print E-mail

One Wii gamer went on a mission to document the effects of 30 minutes of Wii Sports play time over the course of six weeks, from December 3rd to January 15th. Without changing his diet, he tracked his weight, heart rate, calories burned per game session, body fat, BMI, and Wii Fitness Age to see how he would change. The end result? Nine pounds lost, body fat dropped about 2% and a decreased resting heart rate. The whole progress was well documented and can be seen here at Wiinintendo.net.
