If you are interested in trying it on yourself but wondering how to track your results, you may want to look to Mickey's source, traineo.com.

With the success and attention of Mickey's results, traineo.com now offers the Wii as a fitness activity in which you can set your goals for weight loss while playing on the Wii. You can also join traineo's Wii Group/Community and submit a video for a chance to win a Wii Fitness Package or other fitness related gear.

The video with the most votes will be deemed the winner at the close of the competition at midnight EST on March 22, 2007."
