Why climb up when you can drive up the Agency Tower? The video below, for Crackdown on the Xbox 360, shows how you can drive the Agency SUV up the Agency Tower. Your agent will have to have his driving skill at level 4. You'll have to use that B button along the way to help you hug and re-attach to the walls. That would make a nice achievement as part of Crackdown's missing 100 achievement points!
