Modded Xbox 360s Shutout From Xbox Live PDF Print E-mail

If you've modded (modified) your Xbox 360, you'll be faced with the message below the next time you try to login to Xbox Live. Microsoft is actively shutting out Xbox 360 consoles from its Xbox Live service (no more Halo 3 Beta!) once the modification to the 360 is detected.

From Gamescore Blog: "...consumers that try to login to LIVE who we detect have illegally modified their console will get an error code (Status Code: Z: 8015 - 190D) when trying to connect to the service. These users will not have their account automatically banned from LIVE, but they will no longer be able to access the service from the console they modified."

Your gamertag will be spared, but your modded Xbox 360 will no longer be welcome to Xbox Live. So if you've modded your 360, watchout for "Z: 8015 - 190D".
