all sony want to do is make you pay more money for the rumble controller later. i bet that they had it all worked out beforehand. and there was always a rumble controller, they just didnt want to release it yet. FISH |

In response to "Yippi", all SOny needs to do is release a software update that enables vibration and then ALL PS3's will have vibration. The only thing they need to rebuild is the controller. |

ok maybe ps3 gets rumble all u need now is some good games...
the ps3 is a joke,
u can use a ps2 controller on the ps3 when u play ps2 games and it still wont get rumble.
they have to rebuild the whole system.even if they come out with rumble controllers if u got an old ps3 it wont work. |

I think rumble is silly. So your controller vibrates a little. I just do not see anything to get excited about. |

sony said that the rumble was messing with the sixaxis because it would be bad PR to say that they didn't include a popular feature because they were getting sued- it sounds better if it seems like you're getting motion control instead of rumble. Also, we shouldn't be complaining about them lying or anything because now we're gonna get rumble and sixaxis, so no problem |

I couldn't care less about rumble. I go for immersive gameplay rather than cheap tricks.
But I am Interested in how Sony got round the interference.
My guess is that the sixaxis feature temporarily switches off during rumbling or functionality alternates so quickly between rumble and sixaxis that you don;t notice the switch

yeah i agree with you dude, sony did spout some bs claiming "interference" and the are now paying for it with their company image. Sony just doesn't seem to care wether or not they torpedo their own images. Maybe kutaragi leaving might have a positive effect in the leadership |

I think the nullPlaystation 3 controller is GREAT! I love the new design in the middle, and I love how the back two right and left trigger buttons move back and forth instead of staying completely still like all the other buttons do. THE COOLEST PS3 GAME IS: LAIR!!!!!! :grin OH AND P.S. I FRIGGIN THE WII!!...LOL... :upset |
