- [RSS Channel Guide] has been added as a feature under [RSS Channel].
When selecting the Remote Play feature, you can now choose to connect to your PS3 with "Connect via Internet" or "Connect via Private Network." When you select the newly enabled "Connect via Internet" option, you will be prompted to sign-in with your Playstation Network email address and password.
Getting a successful Remote Play connection over the internet is a whole other issue. I received the cryptic message "a connection error has occured (8001006F)" when trying to access my PS3 with the Remote Play's "Connect via Internet" option. Sony has not made it easy to find out exactly what that means right now, but I'll post an update here on the issue once there is more information.
