There's much talk on slimming the insides of consoles today. The Xbox 360, PS3 and even the already slim Playstation 2.
From Engadget: "Somehow, Sony has managed to make a new iteration of the PS2 that decreases the console's weight by almost a third: they've trimmed the console itself down to 600 grams from 900 grams, and the power adapter to 250 grams from 350 grams. " Does this mean the PS2 may be getting a price cut? No official word on that. SCEA did release a "new" shot of the slim Playstation, pictured below, which shows not much has changed on the outside. With all these announcements on the trimming of console sizes and internals, could the PSP get a slimmed down version? We'll have to wait it out a few more days through E3 this week. From Engadget.
