Liberty City radio wants to hear from you. Rockstar Games has provided a dial in number where you can call to have your voice heard in the upcoming Grand Theft Auto IV.
From WKTT: "Does the anger of always being right make you feel like talking to someone? Have you got something to get off your chest? Don't bottle it up. Don't slur it at the bartender. Hear yourself on Liberty City radio!" Call WKTT Radio at 212.360.2368. After the tone, say your name, spell it and then speak your mind. If you can rant well enough, you'll be part of GTA IV's radio. From the Terms & Conditions: "The Promotion involves the recording of voicemail messages which may be used in a video game, such as GRAND THEFT AUTO IV developed by Rockstar Games, Inc." Get ranting!
