Next week is BioShock's release and if you haven't pre-ordered your GameStop Limited Edition of BioShock, you may want to head over to GameStop asap. It is no longer being listed on GameStop's web site for the Xbox 360 or PC. The regular edition of the Xbox 360 and PC game and the guide book are the only ones available for pre-order.
Several lucky recipients of the BioShock Xbox 360 faceplate package (check out the image below!) are putting their goods on eBay. The unique Xbox 360 faceplates are easily fetching upwards of $100. The package was sent out by the publisher to a select 5,100. Major Nelson was giving away a couple of the BioShock faceplates to winners of his BioShock Demo review contest, to be announced on his next podcast. Included in the complete BioShock promo package:
- Custom BioShock box Nice! Did you reserve your BioShock LE? UPDATE: There's a good deal on BioShock if you're just looking to get the standard game edition. Circuit City will be selling BioShock for the Xbox 360 for $49.99 and PC for $39.99, $10 below the MSRP.
