A first for the Playstation 3 to PlayStation Portable Remote Play connectivity, the new Lair PS3 game can be partially played on the PSP. The Remote Play option has previously been used for watching videos, seeing pictures or listening to music remotely from a PS3 on a PSP. Typically, the message "This content is not compatible with remote play," will appear when trying to launch a game on the PSP from the XMB's Game submenu. As forum members on the US Playstation Forums found out, Lair can be launched and played on the PSP. Not all controls are available, as QJ points out, "...dragons are controllable with the PSP's nub, but due to the lack of R2 or L2, you won't be able to land." So although you won't want to be sitting around your home playing Lair on your PSP, it's a good little novelty that shows what can be done with the PS3 and PSP Remote Play.
Watch a couple videos below from YouTube postings, demonstrating how Lair can be launched and played on the PSP.
