| Microsoft Puts Updated HD DVD Drive Rumor In Its Place |

Microsoft recently commented regarding a rumor that it was to release an enhanced HD-DVD drive for Xbox 360. According to a post at The Test Bed Microsoft referred to previous comments about a new drive as "misquoted". A spokesperson that spoke to The Test Bed also denied that there were any plans to incorporate HD DVD into the PC platform. However, let's keep in mind that with Microsoft alot of things that are denied turn out to be true. HDMI/bigger harddrive anyone? As always we'll let you know as soon as Microsoft announces something.
