Star Wars PSP Slim and Battlefront: Renegade Squadron Launch Party On October 9th PDF Print E-mail

The PSP exclusive Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron and Darth Vader branded Sony PSP Slim will be getting a launch party in San Francisco next week, Star Wars style. The launch event will be on Tuesday, October 9th starting 6pm, at the Sony PlayStation Store at the Metreon (101 4th Street, San Francisco).

From LucasArts' IGN Blog posting: "Prizes, prizes, prizes! Not only will you be able to get your picture taken and inserted into the box art for Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron, but you’ll also get a free prize just for doing so! And the first 200 people who buy the PSP bundle will get a special Han Solo in Carbonite PSP case (see the picture) to hold their new, white PSP. To top it all off, everyone who comes in a Star Wars costume will get a raffle ticket and a chance to win a Darth Vader Episode III Lightsaber from Master Replicas."

The Sony Star Wars Battlefront PSP Entertainment Pack will be available next week for $199.99. Included in the package: Ceramic White PSP Slim with Darth Vader Silkscreen, Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron game, AC Adaptor and Battery Pack.

the silscreen on the back is only on the battery cover so yeah u can remove it
