Who says games aren't art? Midway Games Inc. and Design Studio Press have announced the release of The Art of Midway: Before Pixels and Polygons. The book compiles game art never before seen from Midway's Mortal Kombat to The Suffering and the recent Stranglehold. There are over 160 pages with 200 illustrations to feed you with game art.

"The Art of Midway is about imagination, creativity and progress," said Matt Booty, senior vice president - worldwide studios, Midway. "Readers will get a sense of the depth of skill and devotion Midway's artists use to generate innovative and technically beautiful work."

The Art of Midway: Before Pixels and Polygons has an MSRP of $24.95, and is now available from Amazon.com for $16.47.
