Page 1 of 2 Xbox's Major Nelson took a picture of the Playstation 3 being demoed at GDC '06. Below is a small pic of the dev kit behind a plastic case. Here is a larger picture of it, where Major Nelson notes " I could not help but notice, but doen’t it looks like the devkit is running Windows XP?". The "boomerang" controller for the PS3 was absent from the display, still leaving us to wonder if it is the final controller design. Thursday we'll know more!
