As promised by Harmonix, a new set of downloadable tracks is now available for Rock Band, from David Bowie. The David Bowie Pack 01 includes "Moonage Daydream", "Heroes" and "Queen Bitch". The pack is available for 440 Microsoft Points ($5.50). The three songs are also available individually for 160 Microsoft Points ($2.00).
The downloadable Bowie songs appear first on the Xbox 360 Marketplace. We'll see if they pop up later today on the Playstation 3's Playstation Store (PSN). It would suck for PS3 Rock Band gamers if the tracks are posted a couple days later, along with the regularly scheduled Playstation Store downloads on Thursdays. At the time of this posting, the content was not available on the Playstation Store. Artist packs are among the first wave of weekly downloadable tracks for Rock Band, with genre packs to come soon.
