Who would have thought that one year later, we'd still be tracking down Wii inventory. But that is the case. The Wii is available in limited quantities today, Sunday 12/2/07, from Best Buy and Circuit City. The Wii appeared advertised in today's Sunday ad circulars for both retailers. Best Buy has at least 18 units per store, limit one per customer. Circuit City has limited quantities with one Wii per customer as well. If you're still hunting one down, best head out asap! Let us know what you find out there.

Availability of the Wii is swallowed up as soon as it's announced being somewhere. If we can take a hint from last year, you'd want to watch weekend ad circulars on the last weekend before Xmas, from 12/21-12/23. Retailers are likely holding out for the last weekend rush. | Yes, when is the next shipment?

arrived at Nashua, NH Best Buy @ 2:00am on Sunday morning. It was 16 degrees. Sat in car until 4:00am, when some employees showed up for work. Caught one of the employees walking in and was told they had at least 80 in stock. Then a steady stream of people began to show up. By 7:00 am there were about 130 people in line waiting with me. The store opens at 10am. I waited outside from about 4:00am til 9:00am when the Best Buy folks handed out 130 vouchers. My feet were freezing. | Bought a Wii

I got mine in Orange, California, USA. They got 85. I arrived at 8 am at a store that opens at 10 am and got voucher # 34. They gave out the vouchers around 9 am and had about 5 left. I went home, showered and returned at 10 to wait in another hour of ticket holder line. The staff and crowd were good natured and all.
In the end I got a Wii to open on x-mas day. | CHUCK
