The gaming community, and fans of Fight Night Round 3, were all wondering where EA Chicago lead Kudo Tsunoda would land after EA's decision to close the Chicago studio. There's good news for fans following Kudo, and Gears of War. GameTap is reporting that Kudo has joined Microsoft's Xbox team and may have some involvement in the next Gears of War.
From GameTap: "The move reunites Tsunoda with his former EA Vancouver colleague Don Mattrick, who was hired last year and who now runs the Xbox business under Entertainment and Devices division boss Robbie Bach." Kudo's hire into Microsoft was said to be confirmed by an unnamed Microsoft employee. GameTap's source also says that Kudo will have some involvement in the next Gears of War. Laying the smackdown to even more realistic, fleshy Locusts? We'll have to wait and see for an official announcement from Microsoft or Kudo himself. From GameTap
