Soon the Playstation 3 will be getting a library of Greatest Hits titles, which means select, lower priced Playstation 3 games. Nothing has been announced from Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA), but the trail goes back to an unnamed retailer in Japan.
As reported by IGN: "According to the [Japanese] retailer, PS3 owners in Japan will soon be able to pick up PlayStation 3 the Best versions of Resistance, FolksSoul, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Gundam: Target in Sight, and Ridge Racer 7 for 3,800 yen each. All five will arrive on 3/19." There's been no official announcement of a Playstation 3 Greatest Hits collection for the US just yet. It's likely to happen soon, as Sony has done it with the PSone, PS2 and PSP, each having Greatest Hits collections of their own.
