Trying to get your hands on the Patapon demo? The PSP demo is currently available with pre-orders for Patapon at GameStop retail stores. Most locations should have received it earlier this week. For those of you still undecided about making a commitment on the Sony PSP game, Sony Computer Entertainment America has announced the demo will be available tomorrow, 2/14/08, from the Playstation Store (PC).
As a first for the US PSN, the Patapon demo will also be downloadable from the Playstation 3's Online Store. The demo will be the same as the UMD demo available at GameStop. That means Spear of Protection included. Read more on that here.
The demo should give you around 30 minutes or so of play time, and give you a bonus rare item at the end. It's definitely a unique game, where you control and fight with your Patapon tribe via rhythmic button pressing. You'll have to remember a sequence of four button presses to execute different commands (walk forward, fight or defend).
