Now's a good time to get a Playstation 3, being that the HD format war has been decided with Blu-ray as the winner. If you're ready to take the dive this week, Target has a great deal on the 40GB Playstation 3, along with some Playstation 3 (and Xbox 360) games. Target has the PS3 40GB $399 model advertised with a bonus $40 Target gift card.
In addition to the $40 gift card, there's also a $10 gift card offered with the purchase of any of the following games (a pretty nice list):
• Heavenly Sword (PS3) My advice: Pickup the $399 Playstation 3, with Unreal Tournament III and apply those $50 in gift cards to Call of Duty 4. You'll be out the door with one sweet FPS gaming rig.
