Street Fighter IV leaks continue out of Japan. Shaky-cam footage captured at the Taito Center in Akihabara reveals two additional characters in Street Fighter IV: Sagat and Balrog (M.Bison). IGN contacted Capcom to find out what's up.
From IGN: "We contacted Capcom for a statement about the discovery of these two fighters, and a representative confirmed that the two included characters were AI controlled and not selectable by players. The arcade machines were being used as a location test for the company, and the two characters were included as a part of that test." Capcom will surely have more details soon. The gang at the Capcom Community Blog posted figures of Balrog and Sagat with "Believe!" on their white board.
