Ubisoft's Upcoming 'Haze' To Remain Playstation 3 Exclusive PDF Print E-mail

Rumors of Haze being a timed or all-out exclusive Playstation 3 game have been as frequent as the rescheduled release dates. This weekend, Ripten was able to get word from two Ubisoft reps at UK's Play.com Live event that Haze isn't a "timed" exclusive for the Playstation 3. It's exclusive.

From Ripten: " ...they said in a resolute fashion that the game is not just a PS3 timed exclusive, but will never make its way onto any other platform." The article goes on to state: "This result is apparently a recent decision, but final."

Maybe Sony can come out with one of those "Only on Playstation 3" box stamps to help us easily identify exclusives.

UPDATE 3/19/08: Ubisoft is back to a "for now" exclusivity status on the Playstation 3. Read the latest here.

I don't know this game has cost them a lot of money maybe they are just giving up on the project in general...

The funny thing is that a lot of those 'Only On Xbox 360' are on games like Lost Planet, Just Cause, Gears Of War and other games that aren't only on Xbox 360 LMAO.
