The "Variety Map Pack" is the upcoming downloadable map pack, and the first, for Call of Duty 4. Infinity Ward gave a few gaming sites some hands-on time with the map pack, which includes 4 new maps: Broadcast, Chinatown, Creek and Killhouse. The map pack will be available in mid-April for 800 Microsoft Points, or $10.

And for those of you wondering what's the latest on the Playstation 3 patch, the word is it's coming out this week. All of the preview maps were shown on the Xbox 360 version (hmm, will the PS3 get a simultaneous release of the map pack?). From iamfourzerotwo.com
