Wii Fit pre-orders have already begun to sell out in the UK, the next region to get the Nintendo Wii "game." Retailer Play.com sold out its initial allotment in one day.
From pocket-lint.co.uk: "Poised to become the fastest selling Wii game ever, "Wii Fit" by Nintendo has outstripped all previous records on Play.com by selling out its entire allocation in one day. Launching in the UK on 25 April, Play.com says it has been "overwhelmed" by demand for the new fitness game." Nintendo Europe released a couple of videos today showcasing Wii Fit. The longer video, a little over 5 minutes, is an overview on how to get started in Wii Fit. Both videos show the various activities you can do in Wii Fit. See the videos here. Wii Fit was released in Japan about 4 months ago, selling one million units in the first month. Wii Fit will be available on April 25th in the UK and on May 19th in the US. See more on Wii Fit here.
