The PlayStation Blog will be featuring Monday updates on Metal Gear Solid 4 and Metal Gear Online. With the download for the Metal Gear Online Beta starting this week (April 17th), there's a lot of info on how to get prepared for it in the first "Metal Gear Mondays" post.
First, to get the beta code, you should have pre-ordered Metal Gear Solid 4 and picked up the Metal Gear Solid Saga 2 DVD. The next thing you can get started on is setting up a Konami ID. You will also need to register a Game ID as well to play Metal Gear Online. Sign-up here. The next step will come later this week, on Thursday, when you'll actually be able to use your beta code to download the MGO Beta. Gameplay won't begin until April 21st, next week.
