Microsoft has secured "Fable" as an exclusive Xbox 360 title with the purchase of Lionhead Studios. Game creator Peter Molyneux, of Lionhead Studios, is a UK based game developer who brought the "god" genre to gaming. Recently, the studio laid off 50 employees and scaled back future projects.
