Nintendo Launches 'I Play For Me' Website Featuring Nintendo DS PDF Print E-mail

Nintendo has launched a new website featuring celebrities promoting the Nintendo DS. America Ferrera, Carrie Underwood and Liv Tyler are featured on iplayforme.com. Obviously not for the seasoned gamer, the DS website is designed to appeal to a broader audience. Besides each celebrity picking their favorite DS game, there are three recommendations for different "games for me." Touch Generation and games with Nintendo characters are featured, as well as several third-party games. I did learn about an "exer-game" that fell under my radar, coming from Ubisoft: My Weight Loss Coach DS.

Am 72 yrs of age. Have been watching America playing this thing she has been holding & was curious. Love the looks of it. Want to buy one but want to know how many/what extras I would have to buy to be able to operate a Nintendo DS. It looks like great fun. My hubby has Alzheimers & would love to have something to do after he goes to bed other than read & these look like something I would really enjoy. All help appreciated as know nothing about this item other than it looks like alot of fun. Mrs. Billie Enns
