Spore Gets Collector's Edition Treatment With Spore Galactic Edition PDF Print E-mail

Spore will be getting a collector's edition, titled the Spore Galactic Editionicon. GameStop announced that it will be available for $79.99 at the launch of Spore, September 7th, for Intel Macs and PCs. What's packed in for the extra $30?

Additional stuff in the Spore Galactic Edition:
- 'Making of Spore' DVD video
- 'The Human Toolkit' DVD video, by National Geographic
- 'The Art of Spore' hardback mini-book
- Fold-out Spore poster
- Premium 100-page Galactic Handbook

The Human Toolkit DVD from National Geographic will "explain principles of evolution" using Spore, according to TVWeek.com.

The Spore Galactic Edition is available for pre-order at GameStop.comicon.
