Are you slumping over your computer? Prone to falls? Groggy? Nintendo of Europe has released a series of videos, from a couple fitness and health experts, looking to give you an incentive to try out Wii Fit. The videos are from Dr. Klaus Pfeifer and Dr. Alfred Rütten from the Institute of Sports Science and Sport at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany. They offer some tips and advice on why you should maintain good posture and exercise regularly, although they don't directly reference Wii Fit or the Wii Balance Board.

To watch the videos:
- Go to nintendo-europe.com
- Select from one of the following options on the top left hand menu: "Know Your Own Physique," "Train Yourself" or "Keep Track of Your Progress"
- Mouse-over the Wii Balance Board under the menu.
- Select "Interviews and Insights" from the menu.

- Pick from one of the following videos:
What is good balance and posture?
The Institute of Sports Science and Sport
The benefits of physical activity

If one thing Wii Fit has made me realize (besides hearing "that's overweight!" daily), is that my balance needs work as I put too much body weight on my right side. Something I am working on improving!
