Here's a few pictures and screenshots from the recent Dead Space community event, at the EA Redwood Shores studio. For those of you who haven't heard this week's GamingBits Podcast, Sha'ul attended the event and was able to get some gameplay time and insight on the game's development. Definitely listen to the podcast for details and impressions, but check out some visuals here. You can see the gear from the game's protagonist, Isaac Clarke, in a few of the pictures. Complete with wear and blood. In the game screenshots, note some of the environments and writing on the walls, along with a gruesome Necromorph.
Note the URL on Sha'ul's (Rolando) pass card, noknownsurvivors.com. Doesn't go anywhere right now, but it is registered to EA. May be something we'll be seeing soon on Dead Space? Watch for more details here soon, from an interview session with Glen Schofield, producer of Dead Space. Dead Space is scheduled for release on the Xbox 360, PLAYSTATION 3 and PC on Halloween 2008.
