Nintendo fans in the US, you can finally sign up for Club Nintendo. Nintendo launched its bonus rewards program in North America today, called Club Nintendo. The free membership program offers you rewards for registering your Nintendo games and hardware, as well as participating in surveys. You can redeem Nintendo Coins earned for Nintendo stuff like Animal Crossing Playing Cards, Nintendo DS cases, a Wii Remote Holder, and even the Nintendo Club exclusive DS game, Game & Watch Collection. See the rewards page here. There's limited and exclusive stuff there that's likely to go quick. “Club Nintendo gives fans what they want – access to exclusive rewards for their loyalty to our brand and our products,” said Cammie Dunaway, Nintendo of America Inc.’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. “We’re offering some unique items as a way to say thanks for their support of Nintendo.” If you already had a My Nintendo account, you can transfer over to Club Nintendo. Otherwise, sign up for a new account. The first day seems to be really busy, as you may experience connection and account transfer issues. Let us know how the sign-up process goes for you!
