Nyko, one of the leading third party gaming accessory distributors, took home a CNET Best of CES award this weekend for the gaming products category. The Nyko Wand wireless controller for the Nintendo Wii uses what Nyko calls "Trans-Port" technology. Those extra connectors on the bottom of the Wand, as well as the unique shapes of the buttons, will allow for greater possibilities in Wii gaming attachments. That means force feedback on accessories such as Wii guns and better repositioning of 1, 2, +, - buttons. Being chosen out of hundreds of new gaming hardware by CNET's team of editors is quite the honor and you can look forward to its release April of this year. See more on the Nyko Wand here.
