Following a tip from Arstechnica.com's "The Mole," comes a rumor of a new red Resident Evil 5 Xbox 360 North America bundle that will be released alongside the game on March 13, 2009. The red bundle is rumored to be packaged with:

- Red Xbox 360 with red hard drive (size of hard drive unknown)
- Red Xbox 360 Controller
- Resident Evil 5 game
- An exclusive Resident Evil 5 Premium theme for the New Xbox Experience
- A download coupon for Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD from Xbox LIVE Arcade

Sounds like it could be possible. Microsoft also has an exclusivity deal with Capcom on getting the demo of Resident Evil 5 on January 26th, one week before the PS3. Also, a Capcom arcade game to be bundled in along with Resident Evil 5 seems like a smart move. No official announcement has been made by Microsoft or Capcom. We'll keep a lookout and let you know on any developments.
