GameTrailers TV host Geoff Keighley paid a visit to BioWare to speak with Mass Effect 2's project director, Casey Hudson. Some more things can now be confirmed for Mass Effect 2. Here's a rundown on some additional details on Mass Effect 2:

- You will be able to import your original Mass Effect save game, which will change how Mass Effect 2 begins. "Literally the first scene will be different," said Casey Hudson.

- There will be some additional material/media for fans to "gear up" for Mass Effect 2. Maybe a comic, book or other online media? Expect for more story filler to appear before Mass Effect 2 launches in 2010.

- There is a tie-in to the "elusive man" from the Mass Effect: Ascension book. You'll see him in the Mass Effect 2.

- Players will see "the game experience from different viewpoints in Mass Effect 2". Does this mean you'll be able to play as different people or alien races this time, and not just select their weapons? Probably.

- Don't expect to see "space combat" in Mass Effect 2, but you may see it in Mass Effect 3. Casey notes they do want to "see it in the trilogy at some point".

- Yes, there will be more romance in Mass Effect 2. You do remember the "controversy" of the alien sex scene of the original?

- More will be revealed at E3 on what was meant with Shepard being "Killed In Action" in the debut Mass Effect 2 teaser.
