SEGA has released the first screenshots showing multiplayer gameplay in The Conduit. See the multiplayer screenshots here. There hasn't been too much details on the mulitplayer aspect of The Conduit. We do know that it will support Wii Speak. SEGA will be revealing more on it tomorrow. You'll also hear more on it from various gaming news websites as a hands-on preview is taking place today.
