Some free DSi games, and a Twitter-like application, are being offered at DSiCade.com. It's an early beta that kicked off just a couple of weeks ago. There's currently a game like Simon called "Touch Mii" and a game like Missle Command called "War Games". Another application on DSiCade is Shout Box, which is similar to Twitter in that you can leave brief messages to communicate to DSi users. Just launch your Nintendo DSi Browser, select Go to Page and enter dsicade.com.

The games are very simple and DSiCade is in its infancy. Give your feedback here. If you don't have a DSi, try them out on your iPhone too!

This is similar to the Wii games that are offered via the Wii's Opera web browser at WiiCade.com. The games on the DSiCade are javascript based, since the DSi doesn't support Flash. Games on the WiiCade site are Flash based.
