Get infected with PROTOTYPE, starting today. Game developer Radical Entertainment and game publisher Activision bring an open-world New York City, with a conspiracy you'll have to unlock. As lead character Alex Mercer, you're armed with unique shape-shifting powers and parkour moves. Morph your arm into a blade, claws, hammerfist, and even take on the form of adversaries.

From Activision:
"You are the PROTOTYPE: Alex Mercer - a genetically mutated man without memory, armed with amazing shape-shifting abilities, hunting to discover what created you and determined to make those responsible pay. As Alex, gamers tear through a densely populated contemporary New York City moving with free-roaming Parkour-style fluidity, consuming anybody that gets in his way... assuming their physical form, memories and abilities. Fueled by a three-way war between Alex, the Blackwatch Military Special Forces and a viral outbreak known as the Infected, players venture into a deep, dark conspiracy 40 years in the making!"

PROTOTYPE is now available in North America for the Xbox 360icon, PLAYSTATION 3iconand PC. PROTOTYPE will be available at European retailers on Friday, June 12th.

I don't think alex does Parkour. That was Cole, in inFamous. Alex just runs up walls i think. not that that's bad, it's just not parkour.
