If you haven’t heard of Cursed Mountain for the Wii, then you are missing out. It is the latest horror game from publisher Deep Silver’s Vienna studio. The game follows Eric Simmons as he tries to find his brother in the Himalayas. From the screenshots, I can see that there are monsters, darkness and snow, all the things that a horror game needs that is based in the mountains.

Cursed Mountain is a Mature rated game for the Wii that may have a challenging time at retail. A handful of other Mature rated Wii games that have been released this year have failed compared to similar games on other platforms. It is a shame that games with less quality sell better because of the differing audiences. If you are looking for a horror game for the Wii, then go pick up Cursed Mountain because it is out today!
