Electronic Arts and Visceral Games have announced that their upcoming Wii exclusive game, Dead Space Extraction has gone gold, getting ready for replication and distribution. This game is a prequel of the award-winning PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 game, Dead Space. This time around, you will be shooting the Necromorphs on rails from a first-person perspective, instead of third-person perspective. Hopefully, this adult themed shooting game will be able to have better financial success that previous Mature rated games on the Wii.

For those who pre-order the game prior to its release (here), on September 29th, you will be able to unlock 4 unique challenge modes that add even more rail shooting fun.

“These intense, pulse-pounding difficulty levels pit players alone, or co-operatively with a friend against the Necromorph horde, competing for high scores and stylish kills.
