D3Publisher has announced today that a 8-bit style Matt Hazard game, titled Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond, will be making its way onto the Xbox LIVE Arcade and the PlayStation Network come this Winter. You may remember Matt Hazard from his last game, Eat Lead: Return of Matt Hazard.

You will be running and gunning through this game as you chase down your old rival General Neutroniv and other ageless foes in either single player or co-op mode. With today's HD graphics, Matt Hazard is back and ready to kick some ass.

Developed by Vicious Cycle, Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond will be available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on their respective online marketplaces sometime this Winter. For more information, you can head to Facebook and become a fan of the Matt Hazard Club.
