Borderlands is just a few days away from release so that means it's time to get ready for some launch parties and events. Gearbox Software is kicking off the festivities with a launch party of its own called the "Extravasplosion." Here are the details on when and where it is taking place:

Dallas, TX 75206

RSVP here ASAP, because the festivities begin at 8pm tomorrow! Mix Master Mike, from the Beastie Boys, will be there to DJ some tracks (as pictured by the Claptrap above).

The following GameStop locations in Dallas/Forth Worth are confirmed to be having a midnight launch for Borderlands (starting the evening of October 19th), with some special swag giveaways from Gearbox. If you're in the area, don't miss out!
