Shadow of Destiny is a unique adventure/mystery game from Konami from the PlayStation 2 era, originally released in 2001. What made Shadow of Destiny so different was that it introduced players to alchemy and a mystery where you used time travel to solve your own murder. It's as much as a mind-bending experience as it is a time-bending one. Shadow of Destiny plays like a 3rd person game and takes place in a German town. If you missed out on Shadow of Destiny, you'll soon be able to play it on the PSP. Konami has announced that Shadow of Destiny will be coming in 2010 for the PlayStation Portable.

Konami explains Shadow of Destiny:
"Using a special time travel device, players will guide Eike through multiple time eras ranging between the 1500s, to present day, in attempt to find clues to unlocking the mystery behind his death. But remember, what you do in the past will affect the present.

Shadow of Destiny offers a fun and brain stretching experience that will keep players guessing the storyline until the very end through a number of Time Warp Puzzles. When solved, these puzzles give the players clues to reach the killer. Shadow of Destiny also features a number of multiple endings that can be unlocked through the players' course of choices throughout the game."

Shadow of Destiny is a game you don't want to miss, and is also worth another play through. Keep a lookout for it when it arrives next year. Watch for more at www.konami.com.
