SyberSoft is developing an attachment peripheral for the Nintendo DS (along with the Gameboy Advance) that will allow you to display the DS's screen on a Television. The screen is captured through a lens and mirror inside the peripheral, then output through an AV Cable. Because the screen is scaled up on the larger screen, graphics will not be as sharp. Your screen will have to be kept clean as well, as any dust particles will be projected on the TV as well. Also, the DS (and DS Lite) requires interaction on the bottom touch screen, so only the top screen is projected, making it unusuable for games such as Metroid Prime Pinball and Yoshi's Island 2. The Viewboy is targeting a $29.95 retail price and is currently looking for a distributor. Read more at Lik Sang.
